Nick completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2013 with a BA in Biophysics (minors in Math and History). He then entered medical school at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed three of four years before deciding to temporarily leave the curriculum to complete an MPhil in Clinical Science (Experimental Medicine) at the University of Cambridge. He joined Dr Summers’ laboratory in January 2017 to begin work on his Master’s thesis, and will return to the USA in the autumn of 2017 to complete his last year of medical school before applying to pediatric residency programs
